Floral design workshops for all

Following floral art and design/floristry courses  at Capel Manor, I qualified as a National Teacher and Area Demonstrator for NAFAS.  I run floral workshops from my bright, airy, comfortable, floral studio at our period farmhouse in the Hertfordshire countryside, near Harpenden.  Alternatively,  I will come to you.  I also travel to teach and demonstrate to flower clubs and other groups.

Learn new techniques and develop existing skills at my friendly informal workshops.  All levels welcome. You can either bring your own materials  or I can often supply them for you. Refreshments included.  Watch me demonstrate a design and then create your own to take home to be admired!   Contact me for information about monthly workshops.

I work with the seasons and am inspired by the beauty of nature.  I also love re-purposing and up-cycling objects for floral designs.  Many of my designs have a craft element that will appeal to those that work in other media.  If you are creative in one direction, you can turn hand hand to another when shown how.  Or, maybe you haven't yet released your inner creativity - now's your chance!
